Question: Why should I shop online?
Answer: Shop online for the following reasons

- Can cancel even 24 hours after I have bought without going anywhere far.
- Online shopping saves you a lot of time to do other interesting stuff.
Question: How long will my order take?
Answer: All the products are dispatched within 2-3 days of booking the order. You can track your order’s status through your My Accounts Section. Sometimes the product you order is not in stock, we then need time to come up with excuses for the delay, but usually we ship out in specified time.
Question: Can I return an item if I don't like it, and if so how?
Answer: We offer a 7 day, no questions asked return policy. Simply call our support number at 011-26385136 upon receipt of the product and discuss about the returns. Please don't start shouting immediately, ask for the person who looks after online shopping (you don't want to shout at the wrong guy, its no fun).
Question: Will I get any written confirmation for my order?
Answer: Yes. You will certainly receive an email confirmation immediately once you make the payment, which will give you complete information about the product details and the estimated delivery time.You can believe most of the stuff written in that mail.
Question: Is the website prices inclusive of all taxes?
Answer: Yes. Prices are valid for delivery in India only.
Question: Is there a minimum order amount for COD (Cash on delivery) orders ?
Answer: Yes the minimum order amount is Rs. 500/- per order.
