1) What is Happily Unmarried?

Happily Unmarried is a range of grooming products for women.

Happily Unmarried, because we didn't like the way grooming products are made and sold to women. Hence, we decided to do something about it! We've been doing fun lifestyle stuff for a while but now we've decided to make the grooming space more interesting.

Happily Unmarried is India's coolest youth lifestyle brand. We are irreverent, desi, fun and forever young. This is the underlying philosophy that guides us when we think about our content, products and services. Using popular culture, emerging trends, design and cultural insights we seek to be a platform for all things that the young relate to.

2) Are there any chemicals in Happily Unmarried products?

A: All our Happily Unmarried do not contain any harmful chemicals. They are totally Sulphate and Paraben free. Know more about Sulphates and Parabens here

3) Does Happily Unmarried still make lifestyle gifting products?

A. We have discontinued our range of lifestyle products and now have two brands for Men’s and Women’s Grooming. You can check out our Men’s grooming brand Ustraa here

4) What places do we ship to?

We ship our orders across India.

5) Do you have Cash on Delivery as a payment option?

A. Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery (CoD) as a payment option for over 12,000 pincodes.

6) How long would my order take to reach?

A: About 4-5 working days if you choose Standard delivery. We also have Next Day Delivery for selected pincodes. Read more here

7) What is the status of my order?

A. Please use 'TRACK ORDER' button in the footer.

8) Can I return an item if I don't like it, and if so how?

A: We have a 7 days after delivery return and replacement policy. Simply call our support number at 1800 419 8407/ 1800 103 6121 (we take calls on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10 AM and 6 PM). Please don't start shouting immediately, ask for the person who looks after online shopping (you don't want to shout at the wrong guy, it’s no fun). 9) Do you ship outside India?

10) Can you deliver my order tomorrow?

A: Yes, we offer Next Day Delivery at selected pin codes for Orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri).Read More
